When Mary Eileen, Cathy's sister Graduated from High School she was asked to babysit for Cathy's children. Mary Eileen started to do this but when she was not paid for this job left her parent's house stating that she "was not going to be used". Cathy's response to this was that she had given her a blouse at Christmas time/ value $24.00.
In 1997 Cathy's brother Christopher was living in California, so he could be in a better environment away from his local friends that led him into the wrong direction. His parents had paid for a one way ticket to encourage him to stay there. Cathy contacted and convinced Christopher, to come back and babysit for her. She bought him a ticket back, where is parents were trying to keep him from for his good. Christopher DID NOT get paid by Cathy.
In fact when Christopher, was trained in the trades he got hurt at work and Cathy encouraged him to sue this man. But the point here is that when Christopher came back and got again involved with the wrong influence he was drinking and this affected this accident!
Five days ago it was revealed by Cathy's brother Michael that a year ago when their parent's stove went out before Thanksgiving she had backed out of her agreement with him to purchase a new stove. When Michael approached her for the money she gave him a $25.00 gift certificate. After Michael wanted to know what she was doing and made a comment that he would give it to his son she pulled it from his hand and said I will just make a turkey and take it to them! Michael until now did not let it be known what had happened since he thought this would be upsetting to his parents.
Four days ago Christmas Eve Mary Eileen, Cathy's sister said that when she had brought this up to Cathy about not paying their mother Cathy told her that she had given a sweater each year for Christmas for their mother!
And she added that her mother when she babysat would put the children outside when she watched her soap operas.
So what does that mean Kathy watching for less them one hour TV ( Labor Laws )
On any job working you do get a break two I believe and a lunch but my parents worked more then 8 hours so they should of gotten at least two .
Cathy, always "justifies" what ever she does!
